Why a piece of paper is needed between each pc of refiner segments during dynamic balance testing and correction?

Dynamic balance of refiner plates in defibrator(refiner) not only affects the operating efficiency and fiber quality of defibrators(refiners), but also affects operational safety and economic efficiency. Huatao refiner plates/segments dynamic balance 48 inches can reach 1.18g.Generally, our Huatao requires dynamic balance to be within 10 grams for all qualified refiner plates/segments.

When the refiner plates/segments rotating at a high speed of 1500 rpm in the mdf  defibrator/refiner,it tears, pulls, grinds, rubs, and then outputs good wood fibers.

When working under high temperature,it will inevitably cause expansion. Therefore, when the refiner plates is bening making dynamic balance testing and correction, suitable space should be reserved in advance. After expansion, the space is squeezed, and the reserved gap is very important.
