After our technology upgrade, Our Cr is 30%.With high chrome alloy material.
The hardness can reach sixty three HRC.

More wear resistant and long working life.

3. Heat Treatment
Avoid the risk of stress cracking when refiner plate rotates at high speed.
These segments will be machined

4. Quality Inspection

Each refiner disc will be inspected by professional technicians

5. Dynamic Balance.

The dynamic balance of the refiner disc directly affects the working life of the grinding disc and even the grinding machine.

Most Chinese factory will do the Dynamic balance before the segments delivery.

They used way is increase Iron lump to the segment to make it keep balance. You know, in that way, when customer used the disc, the fibre impurities collide the iron lump. it eays to fall off and the segment will lose balance. Then break the refiner machine.

Our factory balance way is "subtraction". To reduce some part to make it balance. the working life will be more longer.

The vibration is 0.6mm/s same as Andrtiz.
